Otis started the agency in 1994 and set the goal of achieving very high standards of professionalism throughout the recruiting process. Otis served five years as the President of the Tennessee Recruiters Association and board of director. Otis served as a board of director for the National Association of Personnel Services and he is a Certified Employee Retention Specialist and a Certified Personnel Consultant. Otis’s experience also includes 25 years in management and ownership in the Restaurant Industry, prior to the recruiting business. For over 14 years Otis was the President of the Tennessee Honda Riders Club and Otis and Tina served as Taskforce Leaders for the Ride for Kids event in Middle TN that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation of America.
Tina has over 20 years of experience as a professional recruiter. She recruits both locally and nationally for the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry and locally for clients in the Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing and Sales industry. Tina holds the following certifications:
Tina is a certified proctor for the FMP program. Prior to recruiting, Tina spent 20 years with a fortune 500 restaurant company. She served as Director of Human Resources, Director of Training, Director of Concept Development, and spent more than 12 years as an Area Supervisor in operations. For more than ten years, Tina and Otis have been involved with the Ride for Kids that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation of America.
Katie joined the recruiting industry after years in the retail sales industry with a Fortune 500 telecommunications company and the outside sales industry with a focus on Educational Fundraising and later specializing in the Medical Field. She attended MTSU as a political science major and was an active member of the Student Government Association’s Philanthropic Committee. Katie’s personal mission is to be truly customer focused and to always have a positive impact on others. In Katie’s spare time when she is not busy taking care of her little boy or finding great candidates for her clients you may find her kayaking down the river for a weekend trip with her friends and her dog.
Prior to joining the team at Bishop Placement Services, Megan Qualls worked in a fortune 500 restaurant and retail company for over 9 years in their management team. For the last 2+ years she was a general manager for a globally iconic brand that is also listed as a fortune 500 company. Megan has studied at Middle Tennessee State University with a focus on business administration. Her personal mission is to apply her knowledge of the restaurant business along with her educational training to introduce the best opportunities available to her candidates that will provide the quality of life for them. When not recruiting top talent for clients, Megan enjoys spending time with her family.
